Ingredients
- 2 (1.9 oz each) boxes mini phyllo shells
- 2 oz. creamy Brie cheese
- 1/2 C. peach preserves
- 3 T. chopped roasted almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange phyllo shells on baking sheet.
Cut Brie into 30 small pieces. Place 1 piece in shell and top with 1/4 tsp. peach preserves.
Top evenly with almonds. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
