Ingredients
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 2 oz pkg dry onion soup mix
- 6 med potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces
- 6 med carrots thickly sliced
- 1 4 lb boneless beef bottom round or chuck pot roast

Step 1
stir first 4 ingred. in 3 1/2 qt slow cooker
top with roast and turn to coat
cover, cook low 8-9 hours or on high 4-5 hours or until fork tender
