Broiled Salmon with Ginger-Orange Mustard Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 C. teriyake sauce
  • 1/4 C. amontillado sherry
  • 1/4 c. dijon mustard
  • 2 T. ginger
  • 2 T. honey
  • 1 large salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and marinate the salmon in the marinade in a large ziplock bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Prepare the broiler and place the salmon on a baking sheet. Spray the fish with canola oil spray before cooking.

Broil fish until browning and bubbly, marinating every 2-3 minutes, repeat on the other side.

Serve immeniately.
