C. fresh orange juice
C. teriyake sauce
C. amontillado sherry
c. dijon mustard
large salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
Combine all ingredients and marinate the salmon in the marinade in a large ziplock bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Prepare the broiler and place the salmon on a baking sheet. Spray the fish with canola oil spray before cooking. Broil fish until browning and bubbly, marinating every 2-3 minutes, repeat on the other side. Serve immeniately.
