  • 1 box White cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. watermelon flavored Jello, prepared, cooled but not set
  • 1 small pkg. Instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Kiwi fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake as directed in 9x13" pan. Cool.
Poke holes in the baked cake and spoon Jello evenly over the top of the cake.
Make up the pudding according to pkg. instructions. Use half of it, mixed into the Cool Whip, to frost the top of the cake. Use other half for another purpose.
Arrange washed, dried and whole or sliced strawberries and kiwi fruit over the top of the cake just before serving the first time.
Keep refrigerated.
Best if made at least 4 hours ahead of serving time.
