Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 T. freshly crushed garlic
- 1 T. whole grain mustard
- 1 T. honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 3/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil

Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a 2 cup measuring jug and whisk thoroughly.
2. Slowly add olive oil in a thin stream, whisking steadily.
3. Transfer to a glass jar and store in your refrigerator
