Beef: Margaret Washington Casserole

Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 3 pounds ground chuck, browned
  • Add
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 small cans tomato paste
  • 2 large cans tomato sauce (approx. 15 oz each)
  • 1 large can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small can tomato paste-size of water
  • to taste worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 2 8 oz packages cooked pasta noodles (short, flat).  Top with parmesan cheese and
sliced green olives.
