Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 C yellow onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- aprinkling of pepper
- 1/4 tsp. fresh thyme
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 C chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. tomato paste
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 C dry bread crumbs
- 1 medium egg
- 1/8 C ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
In sauté pan, cook onions in olive oil. Add salt, pepper, and thyme. Add Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste. Allow to cool.
Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, and onion mixture in a large bow. Mix well and shape into a loaf pan. Spread ketchup evenly on top.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees or until internal temperature has reached 160 degrees, and meatloaf is cooked through.
Serve hot, at room temperature, or cold on a sandwich.
