Chocolate Eclair Dessert
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 4 large eggs
- 12 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 5 cups milk
- 1 8 ounce container cool whip
- chocolate syrup
boil 1 cup water and 1/2 cup butter. Add flour to liquid. Stir, batter should be custard like consistency. Cool for several minutes. Add eggs one at a time. batter will be lumpy. spread on jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until just starts to brown. You don't' want to over bake. Cool.
Mix pudding with milk. Mix cream cheese with mixer. add small amounts of pudding to cream cheese mixing with electric mixer. spread on cooled crust. put in refrigerator for 15 minutes. next spread cool whip on top. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top. drag knife through to make pretty design.
