Green Bean Casserole (Ms. Olivia)

Ingredients
- 4-14oz cans of cut green beans
- 2 cups Italian Breadcrumbs
- 5 medium toes garlic
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup virgin olive oil
- (Optional: 1-2 cans diced artichoke hearts)

Preparation
Step 1
Boil green beans in water for 5 minutes. Drain completely. Mix all other above ingredients together. Add additional olive oil to the mixture if it is not moist. Layer bottom of casserole dish with green beans, add bread crumbs mixture to cover green beans and sprinkle with additional cheese. Continue layering beans, breadcrumb mixture, and cheese until dish is full. The top layer should be the breadcrumbs with sprinkled cheese. Drizzle olive oil on top. Bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes.
