- 1 Pkg Oreo Cookies processed
- 1 8oz Pkg Cream Cheese softened
- 1 Pkg Chocolate Almond Bark melted
- White Chocolate
- Wax paper
Process 1 package of oreo cookies till fine. Add cream cheese and mix until well blended. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour. Form into balls then dip into melted Almond Bark. Drizzle with white chocolate.
Hint: After you dip the oreo balls put them on wax paper to harden. Otherwise you will have a sticky mess. Also, I have found it very easy to use a chopstick to drizzle the white choc. One more thing- I always double the recipe
