Barbeque Burgers

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
• 3-6 potatoes, peel and slice
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 onion chopped
• 2 tabsp. sugar
• 1 tabsp. vinegar
• 1 tabsp. worestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

shape chuck into 6 burgers.
place sliced potaotes in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients and coat each burger with sauce mixture. Arrange burgers over potatoes in crock pot.cover and cook on low setting 4-8 hours
