Ingredients

  • 3 doz eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups half and half
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 6 oz (approx) Colby cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350and set rack on lowest position.
• Pour melted butter into 13 X 9 pan
• Beat eggs, half and half and salt I large mixing bowl till well blended
• Pour into 13 X 9 pan
• Sprinkle about half the cheese on top
• Bake at 350 for 10 minutes uncovered
• Remove from oven and stir and return to oven and bake an additional 10-15
minutes
• Remove from oven, stir and add remaining cheese
