Ingredients
- 3 WHOLE BROILER - FRYER CHICKEN BREASTS (SKINNED)
- BONED & CUT INTO 1" BY 1 1/2" PIECES
- ( I USE BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS)
- 1 EGG SLIGHTLY BEATEN
- 1/2 CUP WATER
- 3/4 TSP. SALT
- 2 TSPS. SESAME SEEDS (OPTIONAL)
- 1/2 CUP FLOUR
- OIL FOR FRYING

Step 1
MIX EGG, WATER, SALT, SESAME SEEDS & FLOUR. DIP CHICKEN INTO BATTER. AND PLACE VERY CAREFULLY IN DEEP FRYER (ALREADY HEATED); 1 LAYER AT A TIME. FRY 3 TO 5 MIN. OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, DRAIN. (HEAT OVEN TO 275 TO KEEP CHICKEN WARM WHILE FRYING NEXT BATCHES.
