  • 3 WHOLE BROILER - FRYER CHICKEN BREASTS (SKINNED)
  • BONED & CUT INTO 1" BY 1 1/2" PIECES
  • ( I USE BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS)
  • 1 EGG SLIGHTLY BEATEN
  • 1/2 CUP WATER
  • 3/4 TSP. SALT
  • 2 TSPS. SESAME SEEDS (OPTIONAL)
  • 1/2 CUP FLOUR
  • OIL FOR FRYING

Step 1

MIX EGG, WATER, SALT, SESAME SEEDS & FLOUR. DIP CHICKEN INTO BATTER. AND PLACE VERY CAREFULLY IN DEEP FRYER (ALREADY HEATED); 1 LAYER AT A TIME. FRY 3 TO 5 MIN. OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, DRAIN. (HEAT OVEN TO 275 TO KEEP CHICKEN WARM WHILE FRYING NEXT BATCHES.
