Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 17 oz can whole corn with liquid
  • 17 oz can creamed corn
  • 8 1/2 oz box jiffy corn bread
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Pinch of salt, pepper and sugar
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Step 1


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter in 9 X 13 baking dish.

Mix all ingredients together, pour into baking dish.

Bake 20-30 minutes or until firm and light golden brown.
