Ingredients
- 3 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 17 oz frozen corn thawed
- 2 10 oz cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, partially drained
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 bunches green onions chopped
- 1 avocado chopped
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together black bean, corn, diced tomatoes with green chiles, tomatoes and green onion stalk. Before serving add avocado, lime juice and vinegar
