Ingredients
- below:
- grape or cherry tomatoes(sliced in half)
- blanched fresh string beans
- thick bacon cubed (cooked)
- roasted red peppers
- red onion, sliced thin
- cooked shrimp, cubed
- serve on bed of lettuce (optional)
- Serve with your favorite
- vinaigrette dressing, or follow
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tb. Red wine vinegar
- 2 tb lemon juice
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- Worcestershire sauce (a few
- shakes)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together, tastes better if done day before
