Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Salad

Ingredients

  • below:
  • grape or cherry tomatoes(sliced in half)
  • blanched fresh string beans
  • thick bacon cubed (cooked)
  • roasted red peppers
  • red onion, sliced thin
  • cooked shrimp, cubed
  • serve on bed of lettuce (optional)
  • Serve with your favorite
  • vinaigrette dressing, or follow
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tb. Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tb lemon juice
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Worcestershire sauce (a few
  • shakes)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix all ingredients together, tastes better if done day before

cut up all ingredients for salad,and toss with your favorite vinaigrette dressing
