Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients

  • 1 boiled chicken (deboned)
  • 2 boullion cubes in cupes of water
  • 1/4 cup of margarine
  • 2 TBSP flour
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onions
  • 1-1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 handfuls of small egg noodles
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Make a roux with butter and flour in a sauce pan. Add boullion cubes and water. Stir until mixed. Add chicken, soup, mushrooms, onions and cheese. Mix together. Add noodles. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
