CHEDDAR HAM CUPS

  • 2 c finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 packages (2.5 oz) thinly sliced deli ham, chopped
  • 3/4 c mayo
  • 1/3 c real bacon bits
  • 2-3 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tube (12 oz) large refrigerated flaky biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cheese ham, mayo, bacon and mustard. Split bistuits into thirds. Press onto the bottom and up sides of ungreased mini muffin cups. Fill with 1 T of cheese mixture. Bake 450, 9-11 minutes. Serve warm
