Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp water
- 1 lb. pecan halves
- Coating
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecan halves
In a large ziploc bag, mix coating ingredients and pecan halves and shake to coat.
Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. (do not use non-stick spray on pan)
