Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1-2 tea. balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tea. dried basil
- 1 tea. pepper
- red pepper flakes to taste
- 1 lb. part-skim mizzarella cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine all ingredients; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
