- 6 WOODEN SKEWERS
- 1/4 C FAT

Step 1
ALTERNATE VEAL & PORK CUBES ON SKEWERS. DIP IN CRUMBS, THEN EGGS & AGAIN IN CRUMBS. BROWN ON ALL SIDES IN SKILLET. SEASON, ADD A LITTLE WATER - COVER & COOK OVER LOW HEAT 1 HOUR AT 350.
