Ingredients
- 2 12 ounce bag white chocolate chips
- 1 cup peppermint candies, unwrapped
Preparation
Step 1
1.Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil. Coat with nonstick cooking spray. Place chips in large glass bowl. Microwave at 60% power for 1 minute. Stir. Repeat, stirring until smooth.
2.Place candies in quart-size resealable plastic bag. Place bag inside gallon-size resealable bag. Crush with meat mallet or heavy saucepan.
3.Fold half crushed candies into melted chocolate. Pour onto prepared pan, spreading almost to edge of pan. Sprinkle top with remaining crushed candies. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Break apart into bite-size pieces.
