Mill Creek Grits "Cheesy Grits"

Ingredients

  • ● 1 cup quick cooking grits
  • ● 6 oz. velveeta cheese
  • ● 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • ● 1/2 cup butter
  • ● 2 eggs, beaten
  • ● grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350℉
2. Cook grits according to package.
3. Add garlic cheese and butter, stir til melted and well blended.
4. Mix in eggs
5. Pour into a well greased 2-qt baking dish.
6. Top with grated cheese.
7. Bake uncovered 35-45 min
