Skillet Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package bulk pork breakfast sausage
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1



Cook sausage in skillet 6 to 8 minutes, or until no pink remains, stirring to crumble sausage. Add flour; mix well.

Add milk all at once, cook 2 to 4 minutes, or until gravy thickens, stirring constantly.

Serve over biscuits.
