Pork Satay

Servings: 8 servings



1. In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine dipping sauce ingredients, shake well, and chill until serving. 2. In a small bowl, combine marinade ingredients (not pork yet) and pour into large resealable bag. Add pork, seal bag and turn to coat. 3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 4. Drain and discard marinade. Thread pork slices onto skewers and place on broiler pan. (We skip the skewer part and just lay the meat on a greased broiler pan.) 5. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. 6. Serve with dipping sauce.
