- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Step 1
In a heavy deep sided sauce pan melt sugar till light/medium brown. Remove from heat and add butter a piece at a time (will foam up pretty high) stir in and then add heavy cream and stir in. Refrigerate when cool.
