Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 T. parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1 (12 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • Salt/pepper
  • 2-3 lbs. any white fish

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion, garlic, green onions, celery & parsley in olive oil on med-low heat. Remove from heat when softened.

Stir in wine, tomatoes, salt & pepper.

Place fish in baking dish & spread tomato mixture evenly over fish.

Bake, covered at 375 for 30 minutes.
