Ingredients
- For Topping:
- 1 1/3 cup Bisquick
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 3 tbs soft shortening
- 1/4 cup milk plus 1/2 cup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup or 1/2 package of semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cup finely chopped coconut
- Mix together.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease and four 8 inch square pan.
Stir together bisquick, sugar and cocoa.
Add shortening, egg and milk.
Beat together for 1 minute vigorously.
Stir in milk and vanilla.
Beat 30 seconds more vigorously.
Pour half of batter into pan.
Spread with half of topping.
Cover the remaining batter.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Immediately spread the rest of topping. Serve warm.
