Marinated New York Strip Steak

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bottle liquid smoke (about 2oz)
  • 1/2 bottle A1 steak sauce (about 8oz)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Olevano Extra Virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4-8 (12oz) New York strip steaks

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large container with a lid, combine all marinade ingredients (through the salt) until well incorporated. Coat the steaks, and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

2. Remove the steaks from the marinade and cook over a hot grill, approximately 4-6 mins per side, or until desired doneness is achieved. Serve.
