Ingredients
- Temperature: 325°F
- Baking Time:1 hour
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups light cream
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 cups whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup chopped green chile*
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
1. Add ingredients to blender container in order given and process
on low speed. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
2. Place casserole in a shallow pan of water and bake in a 325°F oven for approximately 1 hour, or until custard is set.
* Varied amounts may be used.
