TURKEY****Curried Turkey Salad

Very good for both - we both ate all of it. If using Lilydale seasoned turkey breast, however, reduce curry powder just a bit because the turkey was pretty highly spiced too.

Ingredients
- 2 servings
- 2 tbsp. light mayo
- 2 tbsp. greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. mango chutney
- 1/2 tbsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. dijon
- fresh ground pepper
- 4 oz. cooked turkey breast, diced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 apple, chopped
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 ounce toasted walnuts
- 2 tbsp. raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients in bowl and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add remaining ingredients, mix well, cover and chill until serving time.
