Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 oz. cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb. green beans, blanched
- salt and pepper
- t tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat; add mushrooms and brown.
Add beans and cook to crisp; season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss with almonds.
