Green Beans 'n' Shrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 4 oz. cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb. green beans, blanched
  • salt and pepper
  • t tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat; add mushrooms and brown.

Add beans and cook to crisp; season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss with almonds.
