• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1/4 cup water
• 7 cups tortilla chips
• 1 pkg taco seas
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
• chopped onion-optional

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 350*
brown beef and drain
add tomatoes, taco seas, and water,
cook 10 min
stir in 1/4 cup sour cream

place 1/2 chips in 9 x 13 baking dish
cover with layer of meat and cheese,
repeat with chips, meat, cheese

bake 20 min
top with remaining sour cream
