Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups whip cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 geletin pack mix with 1Tlbs. Cold water
- 1 8oz. carton of sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Strawberries sliced
- Blackberries sliced
- Raspberries sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Put the gelatin in 1 Tablespoons of cold water. It will be a paste
Heat cream (do not boil) add sugar and gelatin mix with a whisk. Stir til smooth. Remove from heat and add sour cream and vanilla with whisk.
Refrigerate overnight
Mix the berries in a bowl with a touch of sugar if necessary. Place a scoop of the cream in a bowl and add the berries on top! Delicious...
