Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs potatoes, peeled, quartered and cooked
- 1 pkg cream cheese (3 oz), softened
- 1 \2 to 3\4 cup sour cream
- 1 \4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 \2 tsp garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika, optional
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, mashed the potatoes. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, garlic salt, salt and pepper; mix till smooth. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes or until heated through.
