Sour Cream Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

• Mix together:
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 4 cups flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1 tsp. nutmeg
• Cut in:
• 1 cup butter
• 1 egg
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Chill dough 1 hour or overnight. Roll out on floured cutting board 1/4 at a time. Roll about 1/8" thick. Use cookie cutters & place on cookie sheet.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes or until light brown around edges.

Cool & decorate. Then enjoy!
