Ingredients
- 2 medium onion -- coarsely chopped
- 5 serrano peppers -- chopped
- 1 28oz can Italian tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can Chile con carne -no beans --
- 8 ounces linguini
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, roasted
- 1/4 cup cilantro -- chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and peppers until brown , stir in tomatoes and chile
beans and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally 15 to 20 mins.
Meanwhile, cook pasta.
Serve sauce over pasta. Top with pumpkin seeds and
cilantro.
