Carmel Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1- 3.4 oz. instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1- 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits
  • 8-10 apples diced with skin on (granny smith, gala)
  • 1- 8 oz. cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice together until well blended.
Add apples and stir until well coated.
Fold in cool whip until blended.
Store in refrigerator in air tight container.
