Swiss Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 cube steaks or 1/2 pound tenderized round steak
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 T chopped onion
  • 2 T grated carrot
  • 2 T chopped celery
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T cheddar cheese
  • 2 potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours in a small covered casserole. Put in two baking potatoes after one hour. Top with 2T of grated cheddar cheese, if desired.
