Tomato-Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 ybsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 ripe peeled avocado, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add tomato halves, cheese, and avocado; toss gently. Serve.
