Cold Spinach Dip with Radishes

- 1 (10-ounce) package spinach, frozen, thawed, chopped and squeezed dry
- 2 cups baby spinach, chopped (about 1-ounce)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 bunch scallions (white and light green parts only), chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 cup radishes, diced
- Vegetable sticks, for serving

Preparation
Step 1
Pulse the frozen spinach, baby spinach,sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, scallions, chives, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in a food processor until combined; season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and stir in the radishes. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetable sticks.
