Ingredients
- Crust: 2 c flour
- dash of salt,
- 1/2 c shortening.
Preparation
Step 1
Mix well until consistency is like peas. Add ¼ c plus 1 tsp cold water. Roll out between wax paper. Bake 350, 35-40 minutes.
Filling: 1 c water, ¾ c sugar, 3 T corn starch. Bring to slight boil in saucepan; remove from heat (it should look transparent)
Add 1 package (small) strawberry jello (wild, if possible). Pour mixture over sliced strawberries in pie crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
