Ingredients
- Pie Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 t. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 cups oil
- 2 T. milk
- Strawberry Filling:
- 1 box Junket Danish Dessert, Strawberrry
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 quart strawberries
- (try adding 2 T. clear karo syrup, a 1/4 t. vanilla and Ihop strawberry syrup to make syrup thinner)

Step 1
Pie Crust:
Mix together. Press into a 9" pie pan with your hands. Flute the edge.
Bake at 375 for 10 mins or until brown.
Strawberry Filling:
Mix water and Danish Dessert together in medium size saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Fold in 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries. Pour into 9 inch baked pie crust. Chill 3 to 4 hours or until firm in refrigerator.
