Pork - Baby Back Root beer Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of Baby Back Pork Ribs
  • 3 Two liter bottles of root beer
  • Sauce
  • 1 cup root beer
  • 1 cup sweet soy sauce
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Siracha
  • House Seasoning
  • 3 parts Kosher salt
  • 1 part cracked black pepper
  • 1 part garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Peel off membrain
In a container place the ribs and pour 2 liters of root beer
over the ribs.
They should be totally submerged.
Let the ribs soak overnight. Take out and pat dry. Season with the house season and rub in well. Grill at 300 degrees (indirect) 2-3 hours. When tender baste with sauce every 5 min for 20 min until they are lacquered-up.


Root Beer Sauce

Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil.Set sauce aside for basting. There should be some root beer left drink it with the ribs.
