Flour less Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter, chunky can be used
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini or regular chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350,
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a spoon until well mixed.
Roll the dough into 1 tablespoon size balls and place on a ungreased cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart.
Use a fork to press down on the balls and make a cros hatch pattern.
Bake cookies , rotating racks halfway through for 10 to 12 minutes until puff and golden brown. Let cool for few minutes and remove with spatula.
