Ham and Cheese Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 pkg (28 oz.ea.) O'Brien potatoes, use frozen
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 1/4 cups cubed fully cooked ham

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, water and pepper. Stir in the potatoes, cheese and ham.
Transfer mixture to a greased 11x7"baking dish.

2. Cover and freeze one casserole for up to 3 months, or cover and bake at 375F for 40 mins. Uncover and bake 10-15 mins longer or until bubbly. Let stnd for 10 mins before serving.

To use frozen casserole: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 mins before baking. Bake as directed.
