Ingredients
- 2 russet potatoes
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 t black pepper
- 1 t seasoned salt
- nonfat cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Scrub potatoes and remove any blemishes. Cut into fries 1/2" thick and 4" long. Sprinkle with oil and lemon. let stand 5 min. Coat grill with spray & prehat 5 min. Place potatoes horinzontally and sprinkle with pepper and seasoned salt. grill 7-9 min or until tender.
