Classic Cafe Horseradish Cream

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • ? cup house horseradish
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Tobasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

DIRECTIONS:
In food processor, blend cream cheese, sugar, horseradish, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce.
Then place in bowl, fold in whipped cream. Season with salt and pepper.
