Key West Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Place the chicken in a shallow dish; set aside. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well then pour over the chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour,turning occasionally.

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Place the chicken on the grill and discard excess marinade. Cook the chicken for about 20 minutes per side, or until tender and no pink remains.

NOTE:
Can be made in the broiler, too.
